Urbain Cloutier

Postby LorieClairmont-889 » Sat Mar 30, 2013 8:44 pm

I have been trying to find Urbain Cloutier for months now. His parents are Francois Cloutier and Genevieve Gregoire and they were married in Ste. Marie de Beauce Quebec, Canada. He married Seraphee Dupuis dit Gilbert in 1840 and Sophie Pare in 1854. I have found many of his siblings but I cannot find him anywhere. All of his siblings were born in St. Joseph-de-Beauce, so I guess it's possible that he was born in a different town, but I haven't had any luck. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I do know that he also moved to Lewiston, Me sometime after 1865.

Thanks,
Lorie

Francois Cloutier and Genevieve Gregoire had 12 children, all baptized in St Joseph-de-Beauce.
Eleven of them were married in the same place. The only one left is Colomban baptized 12 Apr 1810.
The 1861 Census indicates that Urbain is about 47 years old or born around 1814. I believe that Colomban and Urbain are the same person
