Hello, Mary:

We'll discuss this question on Tuesday among the staff at the library and see what ideas we have. One question: am I correct in assuming that he was as the Week's school in the 1960's and not the 1860's, for example? Very likely yes but I just need to be sure...I'm a flat-lander and not really up on my local history.

Thanks for posting and we'll get back to you soon. Regards, Ed

Hi Mary,

What is the name of the sister and her husband's full name.
There is a Frank Blair that lived in Vergennes up through 1940, born in the late 1800's. It would seem that he was a little too old to be working at Weeks school in the 60's. The available census records (1920 - 1940), do not indicate any children born to the couple. He married in 1919.

I found this while searching Weeks School. Evidently Cindy has first hand knowledge of the school in the 60's. You could try contacting her.
